If you want to read a paranormal romance, which grabs you right away and refuses to let you go… page by page… chapter after chapter… this is the one for you. Shine–––has loveable characters and some you love to hate.
Samantha (Sam) starts college with her best friend Anna, when her childhood sixth sense goes a bit whacky. Strange happenings… visions… voices… all begin at the time she arrives on campus. After being attacked, her uncontrollable fear and an ominous dread tears at her sanity.
Luck comes her way in the form of a hunky gorgeous Olympic swimmer named Trin Kosolov. He understands her and her gifts. She feels safe with him. His purpose in life is to protect her, from lurking evil more sinister than she can imagine. Trin and Sam become close, which puts her life on the fast track to danger and impending peril.
I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough, I read in the car, waiting for appointments, every spare second of the day and I read late into the night. Putting the book down was agonizing.
I loved the story and this up and coming writer. She paints a picture with her eloquent words. I am honored to have been able to read her book before its release date: coming in June. I can’t wait for the sequel!
See you day-after-tomorrow for Monday Moans
